thewhiteviolin asked: Do you live in Istanbul? I do. I can never believe there are other Turkish people into Sherlock.

Yes yes we do exist! (we might be a rare species though) And yes I do live in Istanbul :))

hi there(SCREAMS) this is fucking awesome! You will NEVER forget London, I can tell you that much! There are certain things you should simply not miss out on when in London.Of course you are aware of all the touristy stuff (Trafalgar, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc), but if you want to make your trip a bit more Sherlock-y, you should add the following stops to your list (no worries about time management: besides the time you need to emotionally recover from visiting St. Bart’s, all of this is easily reached by tube or on foot - I did all the stops in 1 or 2 days and still had some time to spare)here we go: (oh and sorry for this post being long-ish)221B Baker Street221B Baker Street, London, Greater London NW1 6XE, United Kingdom

DUH! I know! but just to be sure, I am mentioning it! There is a shop and a museum (shop is great but rather a bit expensive. haven’t been to museum but I am told it is okay)
187 N Gower Street (aka Sherlock 221B)187 N Gower St. , Euston, London, Greater London NW1 2NJ, UK

kinda hidden and absolutely adorable. Not only did they leave the knocker on the front door, but the Cafe (Speedy’s) has adjusted very well to the Sherlock involvement. They got pics from the crew filming up on their walls and even one piece of fanart. They are suuuuuper friendly and offer a wide variety of food (wraps, pasta, burgers, chips, etc) for a very good price. They got a Sherlock and a Watson wrap. It tends to get suuuuuuper busy between noon and 2pm, be aware of that!

A is 187N Gower / “X” is the real 221BSt. Bart’s Hospital St Bartholomews Hospital, West Smithfield, City of London, EC1A 7BE, United Kingdomoh boy, bring on the feels!

(yeah, that’s me, having a moment .. seriously … just DO IT!)

“x” marks the exact spot of the scene

There is a phone booth with lots of notes stuck to the inside of it from fans. for example:

Sherlock Holmes pub (Northumberland), bridge 1.02 and graffiti park:those are all three within walking distance from each other! 20min and you are done

x1 is the Graffiti park from 1.02. There used to be A LOT of Sherlock things there, but this thing changes from day to day. In March they were all over and now this is the only one I could find:

it is an eerie feeling to stand there and totally worth stopping by. (walking a bit further down the southbank you can get to the spot where they found that security guy from 1.03 (oxo Tower Foreshore)

(pic Sherlockology)
x2 is the bridge Sherlock and John walk across in 1.02. It is just a bridge, but a pretty one! wonderful view of Big Ben and the London Eye from there and it just feels like you are on a case when crossing it! All I want to do every time I am there, is start running and shout: “come along, John!”

x3 Sherlock Holmes pub10-11 Northumberland St, Westminster, City of Westminster, London WC2N 5DB, UK

what else what else …
ah yes: Whovian? stop by at Earl’s Court to hug a TARDIS

gimme 5 more minutes .. I am sure I am forgetting something vital! posting this for now .. edits to come
if anyone wants to know more, don’t hesitate to ask :)
I HOPE YOU HAVE TONS OF FUN! LET ME KNOW HOW YOU LIKED/ LOVED IT!

Do you ever

Read a negative but accurate critique about something you love

And you wish you hadn’t because now you feel like you can no longer love the thing as much as before?

Yeah those are the times you understand the true meaning of “Ignorance is bliss.”

Anyone know a johnlock fic about someone having their wisdom teeth removed?
I had mine removed yesterday and I can’t open my mouth right now…I’m starving and my throat hurts like a bitch every time I gulp..so I was thinking reading a johnlock fic might take my mind off it. So…any ideas?

Ever since ı started watching Hannibal

I can’t stop tinking about

How awesome a crossover between Hannibal and Sherlock would be

Just think about Will Graham , Sherlock, Lecter and Moriarty in the same room.

See? I rest my case.

this leaves no questions open … or does it?

MASSIVE SPOILER AHEAD

I am just insanely happy because CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY MUST FEEL AT THAT SCENE (Martin and Amanda I mean)

Whenever I think about it I just squee and become a ball of happiness.

It doesn’t even matter I am a hardcore johnlock shipper.

Sherlock filming April23 #setlock #BenedictCumberbatch

I am all for it being Mary/John wedding but….why are they wearing the exact same suit? They look like they are groomsmen to someone. Is Mary marying someone else? But then Martin has a wedding band on his finger.

Everyone in the setlock tag is either devastated by the wedding news or excited or scolding the immature johnlock shippers.

Meanwhile I just want to find out if we will get a Harry Watson.

Benedict Cumberbatch Reads Sherlock Holmes “An Inscrutable Masquarade” [Part 1/3]
 Part 2/3     Part 3/3

For once Benedict is taking the part of Doctor Watson

From what I gather the long coats are there to 1.fend off the cold 2. hide what they are wearing because its particularly revealing

From what we can see, Ben is wearing fancy grey trousers we have never seen Sherlock wear. And a bit of the collar of a white shirt and black blazer peeks out next to his neck.

This might be related to the wedding tweet Sue Vertue tweeted
